To improve, participate in, and help implement planning and coordination of these services throughout the Allegheny County.
To strengthen the working relationships among member organizations and with the Allegheny County Department of Human Services and other relevant governmental offices.
To further the opportunity and ability of member organizations to contribute to the effective delivery of services to Allegheny County residents with mental illness, serious emotional disturbance and/or who abuse or are dependent on drugs and/or alcohol.
Continue advocacy at local, state, and federal level.
Continue to keep regulatory relief as priority agenda.
Partner with other trade associations of maximum impact on issues.
Advocate against further proposed state budget cuts in FY 18/19.
